Overview
MoreLyfe helps users scan meals, find nearby restaurants, estimate nutrition, log activity, and view educational wellness-minute estimates. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data We Collect
- Account information such as user ID, email, name, and profile photo from supported sign-in providers.
- Profile preferences such as dietary preferences, goals, units, and optional body or activity information.
- Meal photos, scanned meal results, restaurant menu items, nutrition estimates, and food logs you choose to create.
- Activity logs such as walks, exercise duration, steps, distance, sleep, water, and habit entries you choose to add.
- Approximate location while using the app when you request nearby restaurant results.
- Saved restaurants, subscription entitlement status, and basic diagnostics needed to operate the app.
How We Use Data
We use data to authenticate users, sync account data, estimate nutrition and wellness minutes, find nearby restaurants, cache restaurant menus, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve app reliability.
Service Providers
MoreLyfe uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and Edge Functions; Superwall for paywalls and entitlement status; Google services for sign-in, places, maps, and location-related restaurant data; Cloudflare Pages for public legal pages; and AI providers such as OpenRouter or Gemini for meal and menu analysis. Meal images, restaurant names, menu text, and related context may be sent to these providers when you request analysis.
Location
Location is requested only while using the app to find nearby restaurants and menu options. You can deny location access and continue using other features that do not require nearby restaurant discovery.
Photos and Camera
Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to scan a meal, select an image, or save a share card. Meal images may be uploaded to MoreLyfe storage and processed by AI services to return estimates.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed by the applicable app marketplace. MoreLyfe and its subscription provider may receive entitlement and purchase status information but do not receive your full payment card details.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the MoreLyfe app from Profile. Deletion removes your synced MoreLyfe profile, logs, saved restaurants, and uploaded meal images from MoreLyfe systems where technically possible. Some provider records, such as app marketplace purchase records, may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or platform operations.
Children
MoreLyfe is not intended for children under 13 and is not directed to children.
